Product description
Separett Privy 500 is a urine-diverting seat insert supplied with a traditional insulated seat. Privy 500 is easy to install in an existing outdoor toilet. Thanks to urine separation, waste volume is reduced by 80% and odors are minimized. The environment thus looks modern and is enhanced by a fresher smell.
Installation
Privy 500 comes with a siphon. You make the siphon yourself from the delivery box by simply cutting out a hole the appropriate size for the insert. Use the supplied template to help you cut out the bench and fit the kit into the toilet. Secure the installation with the wood screws provided. For new construction, we recommend a seat height of 42 cm.
Maintenance and cleaning
We recommend the use of biological detergents, especially if you want to use the waste as fertilizer. Change the waste container frequently to increase the capacity of Privy 500.
