Fritz Berger carefully selects its suppliers, actively participates in environmental protection and ensures the proper disposal of your used battery.

When ordering a solar or vehicle battery, a deposit of €7.50 is charged in addition; we have attached the relevant legal basis below.

Your benefit: Once your old battery has been disposed of, you will receive a credit note for €7.50 from us!

• Once you have received the battery, you can dispose of your old battery at a local collection centre.
• Please have the disposal briefly acknowledged on our invoice and then send it back to us by fax to: +49 (0)9181 / 330 500 or
• by e-mail: customer-service@berger-camping.co.uk
• by post: Fritz Berger GmbH, Fritz-Berger-Str. 1, 92318 Neumarkt / OPf.
• Upon receipt of the return confirmation, the deposit of € 7.50 will be refunded immediately to the bank account you have specified.
• The deposit for old batteries will only be refunded if a new battery has previously been purchased from Fritz Berger GmbH. The claim expires if the purchase contract is cancelled.
