First of all, we’re glad that you were impressed by the heating performance. However, we also understand that the airflow that starts up afterward can feel uncomfortable once you’ve just reached the desired room temperature.
The behavior you described is actually part of the Hot Shot 2000 Wi-Fi’s intended operation. The unit has a cool-down function: Once the set temperature is reached and the heating element shuts off, the fan continues to run for a short time. Among other things, this is intended to prevent residual heat from accumulating directly around the unit, which could otherwise affect the measurement of the room temperature.
As soon as the room temperature drops below the set value again, the unit begins heating once more. Especially if you’re standing directly in the airflow during this process, this alternation between the heating and post-cooling phases can naturally be perceived as disruptive.
It’s a shame that this type of temperature control didn’t win you over, despite the unit’s good heating performance. Thank you very much for your honest feedback.

Es freut uns zunächst, dass Dich die Heizleistung überzeugen konnte. Wir können aber auch nachvollziehen, dass der anschließend einsetzende Luftstrom als unangenehm empfunden werden kann, wenn man gerade die gewünschte Raumtemperatur erreicht hat.
Das von Dir beschriebene Verhalten gehört tatsächlich zur vorgesehenen Funktionsweise des Hot Shot 2000 Wifi. Das Gerät verfügt über eine Nachkühlfunktion: Wird die eingestellte Temperatur erreicht und das Heizelement abgeschaltet, läuft der Ventilator zunächst weiter. Dadurch soll unter anderem verhindert werden, dass sich die verbleibende Wärme unmittelbar am Gerät staut und dadurch die Erfassung der Raumtemperatur beeinflusst wird.
Sobald die Raumtemperatur wieder unter den eingestellten Wert fällt, beginnt das Gerät erneut zu heizen. Gerade wenn man sich währenddessen unmittelbar im Luftstrom befindet, kann dieser Wechsel zwischen Heiz- und Nachkühlphase natürlich als störend empfunden werden.
Schade, dass Dich diese Art der Temperaturregelung trotz der guten Heizleistung nicht überzeugen konnte. Vielen Dank für Dein offenes Feedback.
