"I love these mirrors, but I'm not giving them 5 stars because one of the rod caps was missing. Berger told me to return them, which was not feasible, so I wrote to Emuk and they very kindly sent me this rubber cap (1 cm) in an envelope. The manufacturer did a great job, but Berger did not on this occasion, because they could have handled this themselves and made a good impression on the customer." "Encantando con estos espejos, no le pongo 5 estrellas porque vino si una de las tapitas de las varillas. Berger me contesto que los devolviera, lo que era inviable, escribi a Emuk y muy amablemente me enviaron esta tapita de goma (1 cm) en un sobre, fabricante muy bien, Berger en esta ocasion...mal, porque esta gestion la podian haber hecho ellos y quedar bien con el cliente."
