Thank you very much for sharing your experience with our Berger drawbar protective cover with us.
It’s a shame that the workmanship and durability of the protective cover didn’t meet your expectations. Especially for a cover used outdoors, sufficient material durability and reliable fastening are particularly important.
Our drawbar cover is designed to protect the trailer’s drawbar from external factors such as dirt and weather. Measuring 120 × 65 cm, it can be pulled over the corresponding drawbar area and secured using the provided guy lines.
Especially with a protective cover that is used outdoors on a regular basis, it is important that both the material and the fastening reliably withstand daily use. We are therefore all the more sorry that our drawbar protective cover did not meet your expectations in these areas.
Since this is one of our Berger products, we’re happy to take your comments on material thickness and fastening into account as important suggestions for future product development.
We regret that the drawbar cover did not meet your expectations regarding quality and suitability for everyday use, and we thank you for your honest feedback.
Your Fritz Berger Team
Dein Fritz Berger Team
