In which case, the inflatable, free-standing Touring-L Deluxe awning with expandable sleeping compartment is just right for your holiday.
The awning is suitable for vehicles with a gutter height of 180 - 220 cm.
Features:
The entrance on the front panel and the side entrance can be rolled up or extended as a sun canopy. The awning has two entrances with mosquito screen doors which keep mosquitoes away and also ensure better air circulation. The clear-film windows can be completely covered from the inside on the front panel and from the outside on the side panels to offer privacy inside your awning.
The firmly sewn-in groundsheet also offers you more comfort and protects your camping furniture from moisture from below.

"It’s a really great tent in terms of design, layout, and size. However, I’m very disappointed with the quality. This is actually my second one. I had to return the first one after setting it up for the second time because I discovered a small hole in the roof —probably caused by a pine needle. The tent was still under warranty, so no problem. We received a new one without any hassle . However, this one also turned out to be very prone to tears and holes. We filed another complaint, but there was no chance of a resolution since the warranty had expired. So we patched up the damage and made do with it. Then, this year on vacation, disaster struck. While inflating it, the entire seam above the entrance tore from left to right across the entire width. The tent is 4 years old and has been used about 4–5 times." "Es ist vom Design, Raumaufteilung und Größe ein ganz tolles Zelt. Jedoch von der Qualität bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Mittlerweile ist es das zweite Zelt. Das erste musste ich nach dem zweiten Aufbau reklamieren, da ich im Dach ein kleines Loch entdeckt habe . Wahrscheinlich hervorgerufen durch eine Piniennadel. Das Zelt war noch in der Garantie, also kein Problem. Wir erhielten anstandslos ein neues. Dieses erwies sich jedoch ebenfalls als sehr anfällig für Risse und Löcher. Wieder beanstandet, keine Chance auf ein Entgegenkommen, da Garantie abgelaufen war. Also haben wir die Schäden getappt und konnten damit leben. Nun heuer im Urlaub der Supergau. Beim Aufblasen ist die gesamte Naht oberhalb des Eingangs von links nach rechts über die gesamte Breite gerissen. Das Zelt ist 4 Jahre alt und wurde ca. 4-5 mal benutzt. "

First of all, we’re pleased that you were impressed by the design, the spacious layout, and the size of the awning. We’re all the more sorry, then, that your otherwise positive experience was so significantly marred by the repeated damage to the awning fabric.
The Touring Air is designed as an inflatable RV awning for mobile camping and is intended to provide additional sheltered space next to the vehicle while being easy to set up. With an awning like this, it’s especially important that the material—and the seams in particular—reliably withstand the stresses of proper setup and use.
The fact that you noticed damage to your tent as early as your first use—and that the replacement unit also repeatedly developed tears and holes—is, of course, very disappointing. We particularly regret that, during inflation, a seam above the entrance finally tore across its entire width, causing significant damage to the awning.
We fully understand that you would have expected a significantly longer service life, especially for a tent that, according to your description, had been used only a few times.
Since the Touring Air is one of our Berger products, we take your comments regarding the durability of the tent material and the strength of the seams very seriously and will consider them as important factors for future product development.
We recommend that you submit a claim to have the damage assessed, along with your proof of purchase.

Es freut uns zunächst, dass Dich das Design, die großzügige Raumaufteilung und die Größe des Vorzelts überzeugen konnten. Umso mehr bedauern wir, dass Deine ansonsten positive Erfahrung durch die wiederholt aufgetretenen Schäden am Zeltmaterial so deutlich beeinträchtigt wurde.
Das Touring Air ist als aufblasbares Busvorzelt für den mobilen Campingeinsatz konzipiert und soll neben einem unkomplizierten Aufbau zusätzlichen geschützten Raum am Fahrzeug schaffen. Gerade bei einem solchen Vorzelt ist es wichtig, dass das Material und insbesondere die Nähte den Belastungen beim vorgesehenen Aufbau und während der Nutzung zuverlässig standhalten.
Dass Du bereits bei Deinem ersten Zelt Schäden festgestellt hast und auch das Ersatzexemplar wiederholt Risse und Löcher aufwies, ist natürlich sehr enttäuschend. Besonders bedauern wir, dass beim Aufblasen schließlich eine Naht oberhalb des Eingangs über die gesamte Breite gerissen ist und das Vorzelt dadurch erheblich beschädigt wurde.
Wir können gut nachvollziehen, dass Du Dir gerade bei einem Zelt, das nach Deiner Schilderung erst wenige Male verwendet wurde, eine deutlich längere Nutzungsdauer gewünscht hättest.
Da es sich beim Touring Air um eines unserer Berger-Produkte handelt, nehmen wir Deine Hinweise zur Widerstandsfähigkeit des Zeltmaterials und zur Haltbarkeit der Nähte sehr ernst und berücksichtigen diese als wichtige Punkte für die weitere Produktentwicklung.
Wir empfehlen Dir, den Schaden mit Deinem Kaufnachweis im Rahmen einer Reklamation prüfen zu lassen.
