With wheel chocks in particular, it’s especially important that the tire sits securely and that the individual height levels are clearly visible. With a width of 21.5 cm, our Multi Level Ramp is designed for various vehicle types and offers three height levels of 4, 7, and 10 cm, as well as a maximum load capacity of 2,500 kg per wedge.
We are all the more sorry to hear that the shape of the steps did not fit well with your RV tires and that, based on your experience, the tires did not rest securely enough in the designated areas. The individual height steps should also be clearly visible when driving onto the ramp so that the vehicle can be positioned as precisely as possible.
We’ll gladly take your detailed feedback regarding the design of the steps—particularly in relation to larger RV tires—into account for the further development of our Berger product. Your feedback on the perceived material thickness is also helpful to us in this regard.

Gerade bei Auffahrkeilen sind ein sicherer Stand des Reifens und eine gute Wahrnehmbarkeit der einzelnen Höhenstufen besonders wichtig. Unsere Multi Level Ramp ist mit einer Breite von 21,5 cm für unterschiedliche Fahrzeugtypen vorgesehen und bietet drei Höhenstufen von 4, 7 und 10 cm sowie eine maximale Traglast von 2.500 kg pro Keil.
Umso mehr bedauern wir, dass die Form der Stufen bei Deinen Wohnmobilreifen nicht gut gepasst hat und die Reifen nach Deiner Erfahrung nicht ausreichend in den vorgesehenen Bereichen zum Stehen kamen. Auch die einzelnen Höhenstufen sollten beim Auffahren gut wahrnehmbar sein, damit sich das Fahrzeug möglichst gezielt positionieren lässt.
Deinen ausführlichen Hinweis zur Ausführung der Stufen, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit größeren Wohnmobilreifen, nehmen wir bei unserem Berger-Produkt gerne für die weitere Produktentwicklung mit auf. Auch Deine Rückmeldung zur von Dir wahrgenommenen Materialstärke ist für uns dabei hilfreich.
