Now even better - our new Sombra Air Pro combines a sun canopy with awning character
The Sombra Air Pro sun canopy makes setting up child's play! By inflating the air tube with the supplied hand pump, the sun canopy is up in just a few minutes. It offers a large, shaded area for relaxing and includes two side panels for more privacy and protection from the sun or crosswinds. The side sections can be easily rolled away on both sides to save space.

Our Berger Sombra Air Pro is equipped with a 7-mm channel rail. With a 7-mm piping rail designed for this purpose, you should naturally expect that the awning can be retracted properly and used as intended. The fact that this didn’t work with your Fiamma awning despite the correct size specification is not how it should be, and we’re sorry about that.
We certainly hope that installation with the adapter you’ve already ordered will go smoothly and that you’ll then be able to use your Sombra Air Pro as planned. However, if that doesn’t work either, you certainly don’t have to settle for it: You can return the awning to us free of charge using your return shipping documents.
Since the Sombra Air Pro is one of our Berger products, we’d also be happy to take your feedback on fit into account. Especially when combining it with standard awning systems, a reliable and precise fit is an important factor for future product development.

Unser Berger Sombra Air Pro ist mit einem 7-mm-Keder ausgestattet. Bei einer dafür vorgesehenen 7-mm-Kederschiene darfst Du daher natürlich erwarten, dass sich das Sonnenvordach entsprechend einziehen und wie vorgesehen nutzen lässt. Dass dies bei Deiner Fiamma-Markise trotz der passenden Größenangabe nicht funktioniert hat, sollte so nicht sein und tut uns leid.
Wir hoffen natürlich, dass die Montage mit dem von Dir bereits bestellten Adapter problemlos funktioniert und Du Dein Sombra Air Pro anschließend wie geplant nutzen kannst. Sollte das jedoch ebenfalls nicht klappen, musst Du Dich damit selbstverständlich nicht zufriedengeben: Du kannst das Sonnenvordach mit Deinen Rücksendeunterlagen kostenfrei an uns zurücksenden.
