Thank you very much for sharing your experience with our Berger Quick Clack Light cookware set.
Rust forming on the pots should, of course, not occur when the cookware is used as intended, and this in no way meets our standards for the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Especially with a cookware set that is explicitly made of stainless steel, you have every right to expect a correspondingly high level of corrosion resistance.
Our Quick Clack Light is designed for regular use while camping and, thanks to its space-saving design and the ability to stack the individual pieces compactly inside one another, is intended to offer a practical and durable solution for the mobile kitchen. We therefore regret all the more that you’ve had such an experience with the material quality.
Since this is one of our Berger products, we take your report of rust formation very seriously and will consider it an important factor in our ongoing product testing and development.
We recommend that you submit a claim to have the damage inspected, along with your proof of purchase.
We would like to express our sincere apologies that our cookware set did not meet your expectations regarding quality and durability, and we thank you for your important feedback.
Your Fritz Berger Team
Dein Fritz Berger Team
