PRO version with heating - maximum performance even in the cold!
When it comes to the performance and longevity of lithium batteries, optimum temperature conditions are crucial. An integrated heater in your battery offers numerous advantages:
- improved performance - even in the cold: With a heater, the temperature of the battery is kept at an optimal level, so you can count on reliable performance even in freezing conditions.
- Protection against damage caused by low temperatures: low temperatures can not only reduce performance, but also lead to permanent damage to the battery
- extended service life: Deep discharges at extreme temperatures are prevented, which increases the overall service life of the battery.
- The heating function is automatically activated when the temperature of the battery is ≤0 °C during charging.
Our recommendation: If you want to charge your battery at temperatures below 0 °C, we recommend the PRO version with heating.

12 V parallel connection of several batteries
Any number of batteries of the same brand, type, age, capacity and state of charge can be connected in parallel to increase the capacity.
24 V/ 36 V/ 48 V series or series connection of several batteries
A maximum of 4 batteries (48V) of the same brand, type, age, capacity and state of charge can be connected in series to increase the output voltage.
Customer questions
Is the battery also suitable as a starter battery?
The Berger 300 Ah LiFePO4 battery is primarily designed for deep-cycle applications (e.g. solar storage, motorhomes). However, it is not recommended as a starter battery.
Is the battery compatible with conventional chargers for AGM or gel batteries?
The Berger 300 Ah LiFePO4 battery must not be charged with conventional AGM or gel chargers. These do not provide the appropriate charging voltage and characteristic curve for lithium batteries. Only use chargers that are specially designed for LiFePO4 batteries - this is the only way to ensure full charging, performance and safety. All information can be found in the product description.
When is the battery heating activated?
The heating function is activated automatically as soon as the battery temperature reaches ≤ 0 °C during the charging process. At this point, the BMS (battery management system) interrupts the charging process and gives priority to the heating. As soon as the temperature reaches +5 °C, the charging process continues automatically. If the temperature rises above 10 °C, the heating function is deactivated.
