Especially when camping, a folding bucket should above all be practical and easy to use. With a capacity of 10 liters and a height of only about 5 cm when folded, it’s designed to take up as little storage space as possible.
We’re all the more sorry to hear that the folding mechanism in particular didn’t meet your expectations. The folding mechanism should fold back neatly after use without requiring constant readjustment and shouldn’t cause any extra effort.
Since this is one of our Berger products, we’re happy to take your feedback on the folding mechanism as a suggestion for future product development. Especially for a product whose major advantage is its space-saving folding function, ease of use is a key consideration.

Gerade beim Camping soll ein Falteimer vor allem praktisch und unkompliziert sein. Mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 10 Litern und einer Höhe von nur etwa 5 cm im zusammengefalteten Zustand ist er darauf ausgelegt, möglichst wenig Stauraum zu benötigen.
Umso mehr bedauern wir, dass Dich gerade das Zusammenfalten nicht überzeugen konnte. Der Faltmechanismus sollte sich nach der Nutzung ohne ständiges Nacharbeiten wieder sauber zusammenlegen lassen und nicht für zusätzlichen Aufwand sorgen.
Da es sich um eines unserer Berger-Produkte handelt, nehmen wir Deinen Hinweis zur Handhabung des Faltmechanismus gerne als Anregung für die weitere Produktentwicklung mit auf. Gerade bei einem Produkt, dessen großer Vorteil die platzsparende Faltfunktion ist, ist eine möglichst einfache Handhabung ein wichtiger Punkt.
