The Berger double-stroke pump ensures a continuous flow of air when pulling and pushing and is ideal for inflating and deflating large inflatables. The pump has bayonet fittings, 4 adapters and a long, non-kinking hose.

It’s a shame that the pump didn’t meet your expectations. The air hose connection and reliable air pressure are particularly important for comfortable and trouble-free use.
The difficulties you described with connecting the air hose, as well as the impression of insufficient pressure, should of course not occur and do not reflect the product’s intended performance.

Schade, dass die Pumpe dich nicht überzeugen konnte. Gerade die Verbindung des Luftschlauchs sowie eine zuverlässige Druckerzeugung sind wichtige Voraussetzungen für eine komfortable und problemlose Nutzung.
Die von dir beschriebenen Schwierigkeiten bei der Anbindung des Luftschlauchs sowie der Eindruck einer unzureichenden Druckleistung sollten selbstverständlich nicht auftreten und entsprechen nicht dem vorgesehenen Zustand des Produkts.
