It’s a shame that the stability of the cooler stand didn’t fully meet your expectations. Especially when camping, a secure and reliable stand is particularly important to ensure that the cooler remains as stable and secure as possible while in use.
To ensure stability, the cooler stand should be placed on a surface that is as level and firm as possible. It’s also important to distribute the load evenly and stay within the specified weight capacity.
Regardless, the cooler stand should, of course, provide sufficient stability when used as intended.
Since this is one of our Berger products, we’re happy to take your comment on board as a suggestion for further product development. After all, stability plays a crucial role in a product like this.

Schade, dass Dich die Stabilität des Kühlboxständers nicht vollständig überzeugen konnte. Gerade beim Camping ist ein sicherer und zuverlässiger Stand besonders wichtig, damit die Kühlbox auch während der Nutzung möglichst stabil und sicher positioniert ist.
Für einen guten Stand sollte der Kühlboxständer auf einem möglichst ebenen und festen Untergrund aufgestellt werden. Dabei ist auch auf eine gleichmäßige Belastung und die Einhaltung der vorgesehenen Tragfähigkeit zu achten.
Unabhängig davon sollte der Kühlboxständer bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung natürlich ausreichend Stabilität bieten.
Da es sich um eines unserer Berger-Produkte handelt, nehmen wir Deinen Hinweis gerne als Anregung für die weitere Produktentwicklung mit auf. Gerade die Standfestigkeit spielt bei einem solchen Produkt schließlich eine entscheidende Rolle.
