Our Camp&Brew was designed to offer as much flexibility as possible when making coffee, especially while camping. The ability to use different capsule systems, coffee pods, and ground coffee is intended to ensure hassle-free coffee enjoyment—tailored to your personal preferences.
We’re all the more sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with how the machine handled Senseo pods and ground coffee. Of course, all the brewing methods we promote should work reliably and without causing significant mess. The fact that your experience differed from this naturally falls short of our expectations for the product.
We also take your feedback regarding the noise level and strong vibrations seriously. While certain operating noises and vibrations caused by the built-in pump are technically unavoidable during coffee brewing, they should not unnecessarily impair the comfort of use.
Since the Camp&Brew is one of our Berger products, we’re happy to take your comments on handling, operating noise, and vibrations into account as important suggestions for further product development.
We deeply regret that the coffee maker did not meet your expectations and that you have therefore decided to return it. Thank you very much for your candid and helpful feedback.

Unsere Camp&Brew wurde entwickelt, um gerade beim Camping möglichst viel Flexibilität bei der Kaffeezubereitung zu bieten. Die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Kapselsysteme, Kaffeepads sowie gemahlenen Kaffee zu verwenden, soll dabei für unkomplizierten Kaffeegenuss sorgen – ganz nach den persönlichen Vorlieben.
Umso mehr bedauern wir, dass Dich die Handhabung mit Senseo-Pads und gemahlenem Kaffee nicht überzeugen konnte. Selbstverständlich sollten alle von uns beworbenen Zubereitungsarten zuverlässig und ohne größere Verschmutzungen funktionieren. Dass Du hier andere Erfahrungen gemacht hast, entspricht natürlich nicht unseren Erwartungen an das Produkt.
Auch Deine Rückmeldung zur Lautstärke und den starken Vibrationen nehmen wir ernst. Zwar sind während der Kaffeezubereitung durch die integrierte Pumpe gewisse Betriebsgeräusche und Vibrationen technisch bedingt, diese sollten den Komfort bei der Nutzung jedoch nicht unnötig beeinträchtigen.
Da es sich bei der Camp&Brew um eines unserer Berger-Produkte handelt, nehmen wir Deine Hinweise zur Handhabung, zur Betriebslautstärke und zu den Vibrationen gerne als wichtige Anregungen für die weitere Produktentwicklung mit auf.
