It’s a shame that the machine didn’t fully meet your expectations in everyday use. The ability to use both ground coffee and capsules is specifically designed to offer as much flexibility as possible while camping.

The Camp&Brew can be used with ground coffee as well as with Nespresso®- and Dolce Gusto®-compatible capsules. We fully understand that cleaning and emptying the grounds container after brewing is significantly more of a hassle for you than using a capsule. At the same time, regular use of capsules naturally results in associated ongoing costs.

We also take your feedback regarding the noise level seriously. Since this is one of our Berger products, your comments on handling the coffee grounds and noise levels are particularly helpful for further product development.

It’s a shame that, overall, the Camp&Brew wasn’t the right coffee maker for you. Thank you very much for your detailed review and for sharing your positive experiences with capsule brewing with other customers.

Schade, dass Dich die Maschine im täglichen Gebrauch nicht vollständig überzeugen konnte. Gerade die Möglichkeit, sowohl gemahlenen Kaffee als auch Kapseln zu verwenden, soll beim Camping möglichst viel Flexibilität bieten.

Die Camp&Brew kann mit gemahlenem Kaffee sowie mit Nespresso®- und Dolce-Gusto®-kompatiblen Kapseln genutzt werden. Wir können gut nachvollziehen, dass die Reinigung und Entleerung des Pulverbehälters nach der Zubereitung für Dich deutlich umständlicher ist als die Verwendung einer Kapsel. Gleichzeitig entstehen bei der regelmäßigen Nutzung von Kapseln natürlich entsprechende Folgekosten.

Auch Deine Rückmeldung zur Lautstärke nehmen wir ernst. Da es sich um eines unserer Berger-Produkte handelt, sind insbesondere Deine Hinweise zur Handhabung des Kaffeepulvers und zur Geräuschentwicklung hilfreiche Punkte für die weitere Produktentwicklung.
