Competition conditions of participation
The closing date for entries is 01.12.2024. The organiser of the competition is Fritz Berger GmbH, Fritz-Berger-Str. 1, 92318 Neumarkt. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.

Participation
Persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of Fritz Berger GmbH and their relatives are excluded. Participation can be made using this competition form. Participation in the competition is only valid if all personal details provided by the participant are complete and truthful. Each participant may only take part in this competition once.

Prizes and prize notification
By 15 January 2025 at the latest, the winners will be selected by drawing lots from among the participants with the correct answer and then notified by email or post. Participation in this competition is free of charge. Legal recourse is excluded. The prize will be sent to the winner by post to the specified home address. The prize will be processed exclusively by direct contact between the winner and Fritz Berger GmbH. If a winner does not accept the prize within one week, the claim to the prize lapses. In this case, we are authorised to carry out a replacement draw. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

Final provisions
Should the conditions of participation contain invalid provisions, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions. German law applies. Legal recourse to review the draw is excluded.
