The guarantee period is five years and begins on the date of purchase or the day the goods are handed over. A copy of the proof of purchase is required to assert warranty claims. Whether a repair or an exchange is necessary is decided by the repair service according to its own assessment. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by

• Accidents,
• unforeseen events (e.g. lightning, water, fire, etc.),
• improper use, transport or inappropriate use,
• improper cleaning,
• other improper processing or modifications to the product

Traces of use that occur during normal use (e.g. scratches, dents, etc.) do not constitute a warranty claim.
