Warranty conditions - Werkthor

Manufacturer's guarantee
We grant a guarantee on our products for up to 10 years from the date of purchase.

Scope of application
This guarantee applies to all Werkthor brand products for which a corresponding guarantee (10 years) is stated on the product page, packaging or in the product images.
The warranty period stated on the product applies.

Scope of guarantee
The guarantee covers material and processing defects that occur during normal and intended use.

Conditions
The guarantee is only valid under the following conditions

• Use in accordance with the operating instructions and intended purpose
• Compliance with all safety and loading instructions
• No improper use, overloading or structural modification
• Presentation of proof of purchase (e.g. invoice)

Exclusion of guarantee
Excluded from the guarantee are

• Damage caused by improper use or overloading
• Damage caused by external influences (e.g. accident, weather, corrosion)
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by non-compliance with the operating instructions

Warranty service
In the event of a warranty claim, we will choose between

• Repair or
• Replacement delivery

There is no entitlement to a refund.

Validity of statutory rights
The statutory warranty rights are not restricted by this guarantee and apply independently of this guarantee
