Product description
These tent pegs from SwissPiranha are made from the high-performance plastic PiranhaNT and offer significant advantages over conventional tent pegs: they are ultra-light, impact-resistant and extremely secure. Their tapered shape makes them easy to hammer in, whilst an X-shaped cross-section with a sawtooth profile ensures a secure hold in a wide variety of ground types. The flat head compresses the ground and maximises holding power. Notches hold the tent lines securely in place and ensure optimal anchoring.
The high-performance plastic PiranhaNT withstands being driven into the ground with a hammer, axe or stone – no sharp edges are created that could damage the tent fabric. As SwissPiranha tent pegs are driven completely into the ground at a 90° angle, the risk of injury is reduced to virtually zero. Dirty pegs can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
The SwissPiranha RT90 is suitable for both hard and soft ground and keeps small tents (1–2 people), tarps, picnic blankets, groundsheets, etc. securely in place.
