More from this brand
Thank you very much for sharing your experience with the 3-piece fitted sheet set in such detail.
First of all, we’re glad that you were pleased with both the material and the color. Of course, it’s all the more frustrating when the fit is no longer right after just the first wash.
The set is made of stretchy jersey fabric—97% cotton and 3% spandex—and is designed for typical rear beds in RVs and trailers. The fitted sheets are intended for mattress heights of up to about 18 cm and, according to the care instructions, are washable at up to 60 °C and suitable for the dryer.
If the sheets were washed according to the care instructions and subsequently shrunk so much that they no longer fit a mattress of the intended height, that shouldn’t happen, of course.
Since, according to your description, you washed the fitted sheets properly and can no longer use them as intended, you can, of course, return the set to us free of charge using the return documents you have on hand.
It’s a shame that your initially positive experience with the material and color has been so negatively impacted by this. Thank you very much for your detailed and helpful feedback.
Your Fritz Berger Team
Dein Fritz Berger Team
