Bondy 3 gas cooker
The Bondy 3 gas stove is equipped with three continuously adjustable 2.3 kW burners for powerful cooking. The chrome-plated and robust pot stand and the removable lid make the gas stove stable and easy to clean. Thanks to its compact dimensions and low weight, the Bondy 3 saves space and is ideal for mobile use. A secure closure ensures silent transportation. The gas stove is supplied with an 80 cm long gas hose.

It’s a shame that the build quality and handling of the gas stove disappointed you in several ways. Especially with a camping stove, it’s important that all components are securely fastened and that the burners can be operated safely and easily.
The Bondy 3 features three separate, continuously adjustable stainless steel burners, each with an output of 2.3 kW. The version you reviewed is the model without an ignition safety feature. Therefore, holding down the control knobs for an extended period after the flame has been lit is generally not intended.
The fact that you nevertheless had to hold down the controls for 40 to 50 seconds in some cases—and found that this required considerable effort—should, of course, not be the case. Loose screws and a coating that begins to peel off after only a short time also fall short of the expectations for the build quality of such a device.
Since the reliable operation of the gas controls directly affects operational safety, we recommend that you stop using the stove in this condition and refrain from making any modifications to the controls on your own.
We recommend that you have the damage inspected as part of a warranty claim, along with your proof of purchase.

Schade, dass Dich die Verarbeitung und die Handhabung des Gaskochers in mehreren Punkten enttäuscht haben. Gerade bei einem Campingkocher ist es wichtig, dass sämtliche Bauteile zuverlässig befestigt sind und sich die Brenner sicher und unkompliziert bedienen lassen.
Der Bondy 3 verfügt über drei separat und stufenlos regelbare Edelstahlbrenner mit jeweils 2,3 kW Leistung. Bei der von Dir bewerteten Ausführung handelt es sich um das Modell ohne Zündsicherung. Daher ist ein längeres Gedrückthalten der Bedienknöpfe nach dem Entzünden der Flamme grundsätzlich nicht vorgesehen.
Dass Du die Regler dennoch teilweise 40 bis 50 Sekunden gedrückt halten musstest und dabei einen erheblichen Kraftaufwand festgestellt hast, sollte selbstverständlich nicht so sein. Auch lockere Verschraubungen und eine bereits nach kurzer Zeit abblätternde Beschichtung entsprechen nicht den Erwartungen an die Verarbeitung eines solchen Geräts.
Da die zuverlässige Funktion der Gasregler unmittelbar die Betriebssicherheit betrifft, empfehlen wir Dir, den Kocher in diesem Zustand nicht weiterzuverwenden oder eigenständig Veränderungen an den Bedienelementen vorzunehmen.
Wir empfehlen Dir, den Schaden mit Deinem Kaufnachweis im Rahmen einer Reklamation prüfen zu lassen.
