Emphaser EM-FDF1 Plug & Play Speaker For Ford Transit And Tourneo 50 W

For those who want to upgrade the sound of their Ford Transit or Tourneo without making any changes to the vehicle, there is the EMPHASER EM-FDF1 speaker system. It is acoustically perfectly matched to the vehicles and can be easily exchanged for the original factory system. The components fit perfectly into the respective speaker mounts and are simply connected to the original plugs.

The new speaker system benefits from the technologies of the successful EMPHASER Monolith Compo systems: Cambridge surround for high linear excursion of the diaphragm, Faraday copper cap for a stable magnetic field, and the high-sounding aluminum diaphragm. The tweeter has a 25 mm fabric dome and additional coupling volume for a low resonant frequency and thus extended reproduction range. It convinces with its brilliance and spatial reproduction and is simply clipped into the original brackets.

The tuning of the system is based on the EMPHASER reference curve for plug-and-play systems. The 12 dB/12 dB/oct. crossover with LCR oscillating circuit for the woofer ensures an exceptionally harmonious frequency response right into the bass range; a separate subwoofer is no longer necessary for audiophile hi-fi music enjoyment. The crossovers are located directly on the woofer or as a cable crossover on the tweeter, so that a quick and easy installation is possible. Thanks to the large magnet drive and the low overall weight of the swing unit, the Compo achieves a high efficiency for a good performance on the original Ford radio.
