"The ordering and delivery process went smoothly, but the packaging of the two chairs I ordered was absolutely terrible. They were just thrown loosely into a cardboard box with no protection against damage from being tossed or dropped; the box was torn and dented in several places. Miraculously, they still arrived undamaged. However, one of the chairs was clearly a used return, as evidenced by the scratch marks on the legs and the torn-off warranty booklet. I expect flawless new merchandise from a reputable retailer; this kind of thing is usually only seen with goods from the Far East. The chairs themselves are, as expected, practical and easy to use." "Die Bestellung und Lieferung war gut, die Verpackung der bestellten zwei Stühle unter aller Würde. Lose in einen Karton gesteckt, keinerlei Schutz gegen Wurf- und Sturzschäden, der Karton mehrfach aufgerissen und eingedrückt. Wie durch ein Wunder trotzdem unbeschädigt angekommen. Einer der Stühle war aber offenbar ein schon benutzter Rückläufer, erkennbar an den Kratzspuren der Bodenfüsse und dem abgerissenen Garantieheftchen.
