We’re sorry that the suction cups on the insulation mats aren’t holding as well as you’d like. A reliable hold is, of course, especially important for insulation mats designed to be attached to vehicle windows.
For the best possible adhesion, both the suction cups and the window should be clean, dry, and free of grease. It may also help to lightly moisten the suction cups before attaching them and then press them firmly onto the cleaned window. If the included suction cups still do not provide the desired hold, you can alternatively use the suction cups from our own Berger brand, item number 538551.

Es tut uns leid, dass die Saugnäpfe der Isoliermatten bei dir nicht wie gewünscht halten. Gerade bei Isoliermatten, die für die Anbringung an den Fahrzeugscheiben vorgesehen sind, ist ein zuverlässiger Halt natürlich besonders wichtig.
Für eine möglichst gute Haftung sollten sowohl die Saugnäpfe als auch die Scheibe sauber, trocken und fettfrei sein. Zusätzlich kann es helfen, die Saugnäpfe vor dem Anbringen leicht anzufeuchten und anschließend fest auf die gereinigte Scheibe zu drücken. Falls die vorhandenen Saugnäpfe dennoch nicht den gewünschten Halt bieten, können alternativ auch die Saugnäpfe unserer Berger Eigenmarke mit der Artikelnummer 538551 verwendet werden.
