It’s a shame that you had such a hard time assembling it and, as a result, weren’t able to use the cabinet as intended.
The foldable archery cabinet is designed for portable use while camping and, with its nine compartments, offers additional storage space for clothing and other camping gear. Especially with a piece of furniture like this, assembly should be as straightforward as possible, and the rods should be able to slide into the designated guides without requiring excessive force.
The fact that the fabric guides on your closet are apparently so tight that the rods are difficult to insert—and that this even causes damage—should, of course, not happen. We fully understand that this is particularly frustrating when it prevents you from setting up the closet at all.
Please do not try to force the rods into place, as this could cause further damage to the rods or the fabric guides.
We recommend that you have the damage inspected as part of a warranty claim, along with your proof of purchase.
We deeply regret that the Bo-Camp archery cabinet did not meet your expectations in terms of workmanship and usability, and we thank you for your candid feedback.

Schade, dass Dir der Aufbau solche Schwierigkeiten bereitet hat und Du den Schrank dadurch nicht wie vorgesehen nutzen konntest.
Der zusammenklappbare Bogenschrank ist für den mobilen Einsatz beim Camping konzipiert und bietet mit seinen neun Fächern zusätzlichen Stauraum für Kleidung und andere Campingutensilien. Gerade bei einem solchen Möbelstück sollte der Aufbau möglichst unkompliziert funktionieren und das Gestänge ohne übermäßigen Kraftaufwand in die vorgesehenen Führungen eingesetzt werden können.
Dass die Stoffführungen bei Deinem Schrank offenbar so eng ausfallen, dass sich die Stangen nur schwer einsetzen lassen und es dabei sogar zu Beschädigungen kommt, sollte selbstverständlich nicht passieren. Wir können gut nachvollziehen, dass dies besonders ärgerlich ist, wenn sich der Schrank dadurch überhaupt nicht aufstellen lässt.
Bitte versuche nicht, die Stangen mit zusätzlicher Kraft einzusetzen, da dies weitere Beschädigungen am Gestänge oder an den Stoffführungen verursachen könnte.
Wir empfehlen Dir, den Schaden mit Deinem Kaufnachweis im Rahmen einer Reklamation prüfen zu lassen.
