The following tests are carried out during our final assembly:
1.Visual inspection of the complete e-bike
2.Functional check of motor, light, display, shoe aid and motor switch-off by brake lever
3.Checking the completeness of the accessories
4.Mounting of the pedals according to torque specification
5.Inspection of all screw connections
6.Gear shift adjustment & testing
7.Adjustment of the chain tension
8.Adjustment & testing of the brakes
9.Adjustment of the tyre pressure according to manufacturer's specifications
10.Checking the storage voltage
11.Final check of all functions including test drive
The services are only applicable to Blaupunkt e-bikes. Models from other manufacturers are excluded from the services.
