Mud Flap
Mud Flaps, also called mudguards or splash strips, form the end of tent walls. They are mostly made of PVC. Mud Flaps are designed to prevent rising damp from soaking the tent fabric or rainwater from entering the tent through the floor. In addition, the mud flap also serves as a windbreak. Depending on the tent model, there are external, internal or double mud flaps. Inner mud flaps are folded inwards. afterwards a groundsheet or tent rug is laid on top.
