Free-standing Awning
A free-standing awning has its own frame and is attached to the motorhome or caravan by locks. This has the advantage that you can drive away with the vehicle while the awning remains standing. Especially practical are inflatable, free-standing awnings. They have air hoses instead of a linkage.
