Steel Frame

Steel frames are suitable for winter, seasonal and long-term camping  because the tents erected with them are very sturdy . Galvanised steel is used for the tent poles so that the material is better protected against corrosion. 

For awnings with steel frames for long-term camping, a steel frame with at least 32 millimetres is recommended. In addition, the tent should be secured with further vertical supports as well as storm supports hurricane supports.
