The charger series VAC-Station is intended for use in vehicle sheds and fulfills all specifications of the FNFW in the current fire department standard DIN 14679 for external charging and subsequent trickle charging of starter and auxiliary batteries in fire fighting vehicles with the exception of the resistance against splash water IP21.

Details

- 6 "L": Closed acid/wet batteries with water consumption: L = low according to DIN EN 50342-1, characteristic curve IU1oU2oU4. Characteristic with medium U1 level for acid batteries in vehicle-mounted or external chargers with a fixed location.
- 7 "VL": Closed acid/wet batteries with water consumption: VL = very low according to DIN EN 50342-1, characteristic IU1oU2oU3. Characteristic curve with high U1 level for acid batteries in vehicle built-in or external chargers with fixed location.
