Prizes and notification of prizes
The winners will be selected by drawing lots from among the participants with the correct answer by 15.01.2025 at the latest and then notified by email or post. Participation in this competition is free of charge. Legal recourse is excluded. The prize will be sent to the winner by post to the home address provided. The prize will be processed exclusively by direct contact between the winner and Fritz Berger GmbH. If a winner does not accept the prize within one week, the claim to the prize expires. In this case, we are entitled to carry out a replacement draw. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

We process the personal data you provide to the extent and for as long as this is necessary to carry out the competition and provide the prize or you have otherwise consented. In addition, the following information may be published in any media as part of reporting on the competition by the organizer and the prize sponsors indicated in the competition description: Name, age, place of residence, prize as well as images provided by you or made with your consent. Participants can request information about the personal data stored about them at any time. Final provisions
Should the conditions of participation contain invalid provisions, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions. German law applies. Legal recourse to review the draw is excluded.

By submitting the competition form, you agree that the data you provide will be stored and used by Fritz Berger GmbH exclusively for advertising information sent to you by post and - if you have ticked the newsletter registration box - by e-mail and for market research purposes in accordance with the information on data protection.
