Competition conditions of participation
The closing date for entries is 17.12.2025. The organizer of the competition is Fritz Berger GmbH, Fritz-Berger-Str. 1, 92318 Neumarkt. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.

Participation
Eligible to participate are persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Employees of Fritz Berger GmbH and their relatives are excluded. Participation can be made using this competition form. Participation in the competition is only valid if all personal details provided by the participant are complete and truthful. Each participant may only take part in this competition once.

Prizes and notification of prizes
The winners will be selected by drawing lots from among the participants with the correct answer by 15.01.2026 at the latest and then notified by email or post. Participation in this competition is free of charge. Legal recourse is excluded. The prize will be sent to the winner by post to the home address provided. The prize will be processed exclusively by direct contact between the winner and Fritz Berger GmbH. If a winner does not accept the prize within one week, the claim to the prize expires. In this case, we are entitled to carry out a replacement draw. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

Final provisions
Should the conditions of participation contain invalid provisions, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions. German law applies. Legal recourse to review the draw is excluded.
