But what I absolutely want to get rid of has nothing to do with the product, no this is about the way Berger deals with me as a long-time customer in the recent past. Since year and day I have chosen the payment method invoice with the given payment term. It's never been a problem, I've never owed anyone anything in my life. Since about a quarter of a year I can only pay via prepayment or credit card, even a request for customer service remained unsuccessful. I took my own consequences and switched to another supplier."
