Gas operation with 30 mbar
thank you for sharing your detailed experience with us. We are pleased that you are satisfied with the build quality and stability of the barbecue, but regret that you are not happy with its susceptibility to wind.
With gas barbecues, it is true that strong winds can affect the flame. For this reason, the manufacturer recommends that the barbecue should be set up as sheltered from the wind as possible. The main purpose of this advice is to achieve an even grilling result and to optimize gas consumption.
We understand that this is not always practical in windy regions. Nevertheless, we must confirm that operation in strong winds can be difficult with all open gas flames.
Thank you again for your honest feedback - it helps others to get a realistic picture and gives us valuable advice.
Your Fritz Berger Team
Dein Fritz Berger Team
