Product description

VOTRONIC tank gauges are designed for accurate level measurement in emergency vehicles. A display system consists of a tank sensor for measurement on the tank and a remote display unit. When using the standard voltage signal 0...10 V, several indicators can also be operated at the tank sensor.

All components are of very robust design, waterproof encapsulated, designed for 12 V and 24 V on-board voltage and completely vibration-proof. They are processor-controlled and continuously run safety checks internally.

The LED tank display HE has been specially designed for the rough use in fire fighting vehicles and is used for the precise display of the extinguishing tank in the vehicle. It is designed as a panel version for installation in display panels and is available with two standardized measuring signals (0...10 V or 4...20 mA). This means that the device can not only be used for the VOTRONIC tank sensor FW, but can also be operated on transducers from other manufacturers with the same standard signals.

The fill level is displayed in 3 colors with 10 super-bright LEDs as a stepless light bar, which allows the exact recording of the tank contents at a glance. an integrated photo element controls the display brightness so that the display is not dazzling at night and is easy to read during the day even in full sunlight, even from an unfavorable viewing angle. The compact design and low installation depth are particularly advantageous. Thus, by simply connecting up to 4 LED tank displays HE 010 in parallel, the tank content can be checked at almost any point on the vehicle. The display unit is waterproof encapsulated, vibration-proof and protected against reverse polarity and overvoltage.

The LED tank display HE 420 can also be operated with 4...20 mA sensors and is connected to minus on the input side.
