DEKA-SPACHTEL is a 2-component polyester repair filler that can be easily applied by specialists on many substrates in the field of caravan and motorhome manufacturing. DEKA-SPACHTEL
has good filling properties and can be easily sanded. Due to its long workability it can be used for many different repairs.
Application
- For smoothing surfaces in bus, train, truck, caravan and motorhome construction
- For filling cracks, dents, gaps, holes and scratches on metal or plastic surfaces (hail damage)
- For (extended) body work, side and/or body repairs
- Suitable for professionals or do-it-yourselfers

Curing system: Dibenzoyl peroxide paste 50%
Curing mixture ratio: 2 - 3 %
Flash point: < 31°C
Specific gravity: approx. 1.8 kg / l
Working time (23°C): approx. 5 minutes
Sandable after (23°C): approx. 20/30 minutes
Temperature resistance (cured): -25°C to +90°C
Note: Always close open containers immediately after use
