Product description
The coaxial USS1 surge protection reliably protects sensitive electrical equipment and electronic components in satellite receivers and distribution systems from overvoltages that can occur, for example, due to nearby lightning strikes or static charges
In addition to a properly implemented lightning protection equipotential bonding, the USS1 effectively protects your electronic devices against overvoltages of up to 4,000 volts. The installation is very simple: In satellite distribution systems, USS1 is simply screwed onto the device inputs of the multiswitches to be protected (preferably in connection with earthing brackets)
USS1 can also be attached as surge protection to the antenna inputs of satellite receivers or television sets with F connection as well as cable modems
USS1 can be used in a frequency range up to 2.6 GHz (e.g. in antenna, broadband, microwave, GPS, mobile radio and CATV systems).
