The Spark features a warm 850+ loft 90/10 goose down fill, an extra-light zipper, and a shell made of high-performance 10D nylon and 7D lining. Comfort: If you classify yourself as a cold sleeper, follow this rating to be prepared for the coldest temperature
Lower Limit: If you are a warm sleeper use this rating for the coldest temperature you want to use the sleeping bag in. This range is a good average and has been marked by us for all unisex sleeping bags.
Extreme: Between the "lower limit" and the "extreme" rating, severe cold was expected. We do not recommend going by this rating as there is a health risk. This is an extreme survival rating.
