Product description
A carving knife is generally used for cutting larger pieces of meat such as roast, ham or turkey. This claims the 20 cm long blade of the Homey's Svart carving knife! The icing on the cake is that the handle is made from next generation wheatgrass fibers.
The wheat fibers are reinforced with polymer resin through a special production process. This is not the polymer resin we are familiar with, but a similar type of new biological materials. These do not contain toxic and aggressive substances, heavy metals or harmful ingredients such as bisphenol-A.
