Product description
The largest knife in Homey's Vitt series is the chef's knife. Not only is it often the largest knife in a kitchen knife collection, it is also the most important knife. Every cook, whether a home cook or a star chef, benefits from owning a razor-sharp chef's knife. To top it off, the handle is made of top-quality wheatgrass fibers.
The wheat fibers are reinforced with polymer resin in a special production process. This is not the polymer resin we are familiar with, but a similar type of new biological materials. These do not contain toxic and aggressive substances, heavy metals or harmful ingredients such as bisphenol-A.
