Even on the road you don't want to miss your favourite barbecue specialities. With two stainless steel burners, two stainless steel grill grates and a hood with a viewing window, the G201E offers the ideal conditions for preparing all kinds of dishes. Everything from steaks and sausages to chicken and fish to roast beef or delicious skewers is possible.

The split grill grates here offer even more possibilities than you would actually think:
A grill grate can be placed crosswise directly on the burners to gain even more height (e.g. for working with a cooking pot) optional accessories such as the cast iron grill plate can be used. This small change gives the G201 compact grill even more options, making it even better!

Customers often ask if they can grill with the lid open for better control of the food. Of course, you can grill with the Grillfürst G201E open - the performance is easily sufficient - but the food is juicier and crispier thanks to convection heat when the lid is closed. With the G201E you enjoy - just like with the oven - the luxury of a viewing window, through which you always have the food in view!

Great brandings with the G201E and low-temperature cooking
The small Grillfürst gas grill creates a maximum temperature of up to 350°C directly at the grill grate when the lid is closed. This allows you to conjure up crispy brandings for delicious roast aromas. Those who want to cook particularly juicy roasts will also get their money's worth here. Even cooking at low temperatures is no problem for the mobile balcony grill from Grillfürst. One burner alone produces approx. 120-130°C grill temperature, with a small gap or an 11-step regulator even lower temperatures are possible.

Sophisticated details and special features
The lid of the G201E can conveniently be closed tightly with two latches for transport. To ensure that the grill grate remains securely in place during transport, the cooking chamber has two fastening screws at the front and rear to securely lock the grill grate in place.

Here, too, we have placed special emphasis on the workmanship and the material used. The mobile gas barbecue therefore has a stainless steel design for all common wear parts in order to achieve a long service life. The stainless steel rod burners have solid 1.3 mm thick stainless steel flame protection plates. The grease collection system consists of a fixed stainless steel cover inside the cooking chamber and a stainless steel grease collection tray underneath that can be pulled out to the front.

Thanks to the 4 rubber feet, the G201E has a safe and non-slip stand. Due to the heat insulation the grill can be used without any problems on plastic as well as wooden tables.

Operate the Grillfürst G201E with cartridge:
The barbecue can be easily converted with a new pressure reducer for cartridges instead of the supplied 50 mbar pressure regulator for standard 5, 8 and 11 kg gas cylinders. To do this, simply remove the gas cylinder pressure reducer included in the scope of delivery and fit a connection for standard screw-in cartridges to the hose.
