The Norr knife series offers a solid and authentic experience for classic cutting. High quality materials make it a sustainable and economical choice. The Norr paring knife is a small and handy knife with a straight blade and a fixed tip for precise work, making it ideal for cleaning, peeling and cutting small fruits and vegetables
The blade is made of high quality German stainless steel. The handle material is sustainably sourced FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) 70% certified Norwegian maple wood treated with Kebony to increase stability and hardness.
