To get an oven effect and thus a wonderfully crispy pizza, the glass cooking hood is perfect.
Cordierite precious stone
Made of robust cordierite material, with which several pizzas can be baked in a row without burning on the underside. Unlike certain other materials, cordierite does not absorb too much heat and can tolerate high temperature fluctuations.
Can also be used in the oven or on other grills, also suitable for baking bread
