Dometic FreshJet 1700 roof air conditioner with air distribution box

The compact Dometic FreshJet 1700 is one of the smallest air conditioners available on the market for motorhomes and caravans up to 6 metres long (or for larger vehicles as a second unit), leaving enough space for solar panels, satellite dish or even a second FreshJet if you need separately air-conditioned areas. The very low starting current and the soft-start function ensure smooth operation even on camping sites with weak electrical protection. This air conditioner distributes the air efficiently in two directions and with cooling and heating operation provides the highest level of comfort on board all year round. It can also dehumidify the air for maximum comfort. With the integrated LED light, the room lighting inside the vehicle can be adjusted as desired.

If the bedroom and living room in a larger vehicle are to be air-conditioned independently of each other, this is very easy to implement with the help of the FreshJet series. Either by installing two smaller units. Or by the variant: large system for the living area, small for the "sleeping room".

Elegant design, low installation height. This compact model blends in harmoniously with other superstructures such as satellite antennas or roof hoods, while still leaving enough space on top of the roof for roof windows, the solar system or the satellite dish. The systems start everywhere without problems, even on weakly secured camping sites.

With the remote control, the climate and air flows in the vehicle can be regulated by the air distribution box supplied.
