These cast iron pans are the perfect size for all Cozze pizza ovens!
Our grill pan for our Cozze Grill's combines the versatility of a frying pan with the characteristic grill pattern of a classic grill pan.
The practical wrought iron skillet or fluted gas grill pan is a high quality cast iron frying pan, especially suitable for quick searing of all kinds of meat, but also fish, vegetables, seafood and much more.
It fits any Cozze pizza oven, but is also suitable for conventional stoves, grills, BBQ, smokers, wood stoves and gas grills.
It provides excellent heat retention, which is why it can be used as a mini serving pan as well as a small serving platter. Simply place the wooden trivet underneath and remove the wrought iron handle - et voilà!
Included is not only the fluted cast iron pan including removable cast iron handle, but also a matching serving board made of FSC-certified beech wood.
