Brief description
This OutdoorHandbook deals with edible wild plants. It builds on a body of knowledge that people have accumulated over the course of many generations over centuries. This valuable knowledge is in danger of being lost as people become more and more urbanized.

In this book 77 wild edible plants are presented in words and pictures. This is only a small selection from the abundance of edible wild plants. The selection is based on plants that are widespread, not endangered, easy to identify and easy to prepare.
