The enameled, smooth cast iron plate ensures perfect heat transfer and is very easy to clean.

The side fat collection cup is easily accessible and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Height-adjustable feet and an equally adjustable plancha plate make it easy to adjust the drain angle for the liquid. Whether you want to cook and grill with sauce, or prefer to cook and grill with less liquid, you decide for yourself in the blink of an eye.

The stainless steel protective lid acts as a windbreak during grilling and as protection for the grill plate afterwards. With the included InstaStart ignition, your plancha is ready to start at the touch of a button, and the illuminated knobs indicate whether the gas supply is open, even in the dark. This gives you peace of mind that gas will not accidentally escape when the grill is not in use.

Patented Blue Flame burner
Thanks to the patented Blue Flame burners, the Campingaz Master Plancha has an even heat distribution over the entire cooking surface.

The Campingaz Master Plancha's two main burners ensure a high and even temperature across the entire cooking surface. Once the burners are in operation, a carpet of small blue flames can be seen heating the cooking surface through the vents.

This ingenious design ensures an optimal surface temperature for perfect plancha cooking.

InstaStart ignition
This special type of electronic ignition is integrated into the gas regulator. When the regulator is pressed, voltage ignites a spark. When the same knob is turned, the gas flows out, which is then ignited by the spark.

How to clean the plancha properly
The high-quality enameled coating of the plancha plate makes it easy to clean it in no time.

To remove food residues and facilitate further cleaning, simply pour a little water onto the still hot plancha plate. Then, using the spatula, simply push the food residue and fat into the spout located in the plancha. All residues will then collect in the drip cup below, which you can easily clean in the dishwasher.

Please do not use ice cubes to clean the heated surface, as this can cause thermal shock, which will damage the enamel finish of the plancha.
