UPF 50+ sun protection
The UV protection factor is a measure of the protective effect of different fabrics. There are many similarities to the well-known SPF system for sun creams. Fabrics with a UV protection factor of 50 only allow 1/50 of the radiation to pass through, i.e. 98 % of UV rays are blocked.
