Efficient charging booster for vehicle and solar batteries
The charging booster - also known as a B2B charger or DC-DC charging booster - from Berger charges 12 V vehicle batteries efficiently via the alternator or solar energy. The main task of the charging booster is to charge the vehicle battery without voltage fluctuations and power losses - which can affect vehicles with Euro 6 standards in particular. In motorhomes, for example, it is connected between the starter battery and the on-board battery. There it stabilizes the charging voltage to the on-board battery, which has a positive effect on its service life. Thanks to its compact design, noiseless operation without a fan and up to 95% solar MPPT efficiency, it offers reliable performance for standard and smart alternators.
