„The four adjusting screws allow you to adjust the rotary dryer lower, higher and the base/stand wider and narrower. Once we had adjusted and positioned the rotary dryer, we attached the three feet to the lawn using the screw nails provided through the eyelets. „The rotary dryer is supplied in a high-quality packing bag. When it is first unpacked, it is still protected with paper. The rotary dryer is extremely lightweight. The cover has two compartments in which the two main parts of the rotary dryer are stored. This is very well thought out so that the lines from the upper part do not get caught in the lower part (tripod). In addition, three long screw nails are supplied for fastening, which of course also fit into the transportation/storage bag.“
Welchen Eindruck haben Sie von Material und Verarbeitung?
„The rotary dryer is made of lightweight aluminum. The adjusting screws and clothesline are made of plastic. As camping is all about weight, this is perfectly fine. The screws for the base are sturdy and hold the tripod firmly enough to the ground. There are no sharp edges that could damage the laundry. The entire spider is well made.“

„The rotary dryer fulfills its purpose 100% and also looks good. It is not a "monster" and can be placed rather inconspicuously. It will definitely have a permanent place in the motorhome and will hopefully travel with us on countless other vacations.“

„The satellite holder is a very good additional function for satellite users. Everything holds well and is perfectly stowed away.“

„Since we use our TV exclusively via the Internet, we can unfortunately not evaluate the use as a satellite stand.“

Of course, it shouldn’t have happened that the clothes spin dryer couldn’t be assembled as intended during the very first attempt due to the screw connection. Especially with a product designed for mobile camping use, it’s important to us that assembly and disassembly are simple and reliable.
The Berger clothes drying rack is designed to be space-saving for travel and, in addition to drying laundry, can also be used as a tripod for a satellite antenna. Of course, this requires that all connections are secure and that the frame can be set up without any problems.
We therefore take your comment regarding the design of the plastic screw and the thread seriously and will consider it an important point for future product development.
Since you have not been able to use your rotary clothes dryer at all due to the problem you described, you can, of course, return it to us free of charge using your return documentation.

Dass sich die Wäschespinne bereits beim ersten Aufbauversuch aufgrund der Schraubverbindung nicht wie vorgesehen montieren ließ, sollte selbstverständlich nicht passieren. Gerade bei einem Produkt für den mobilen Campingeinsatz ist uns wichtig, dass der Auf- und Abbau einfach und zuverlässig funktioniert.
Die Berger Wäschespinne ist platzsparend für unterwegs konzipiert und kann neben dem Trocknen der Wäsche auch als Stativ für eine Sat-Antenne genutzt werden. Voraussetzung dafür ist natürlich, dass sämtliche Verbindungen sicher greifen und sich das Gestell problemlos aufstellen lässt.
Deinen Hinweis zur Ausführung der Kunststoffschraube und des Gewindes nehmen wir daher ernst und als wichtigen Punkt für die weitere Produktentwicklung mit auf.
Da Du Deine Wäschespinne aufgrund des beschriebenen Problems bisher überhaupt nicht verwenden konntest, kannst Du sie mit Deinen Rücksendeunterlagen selbstverständlich kostenfrei an uns zurücksenden.
