We are pleased that you generally like the accessories and that they are a useful addition to your chair. It is a pity that the threaded brackets on your chair were not exactly aligned and that you had to use a rubber washer or shim to help.
Your tip is certainly helpful for other customers, as small deviations can be easily corrected. We will forward your feedback internally to the responsible department to check how such deviations can be avoided in future.

Es freut uns, dass Dir das Zubehör grundsätzlich gefällt und es eine sinnvolle Ergänzung zu Deinem Stuhl ist. Schade, dass die Gewindehalterungen bei Deinem Exemplar nicht ganz exakt ausgerichtet waren und Du hier mit einer Gummi- bzw. Beilagscheibe nachhelfen musstest.
