Product description
Safety coupling with stabiliser device Emergency situations: in an emergency the vehicle coupling can be steadied more rapidly with the AKS. The safety coupling also allows a higher theoretical maximum speed. Operating principle: by activating the stabiliser handle, four special friction pads are pressed from left, right, front and back onto the vehicle's trailer ball. These pads can produce a braking torque of max. 320 Nm. Side-to-side or tilting movements can be effectively suppressed as soon as they arise. Operation: the coupling and stabilisation handles are separate from each other and can be operated with one hand. No cumbersome additional security devices, to make the trailer easier to shunt the stabiliser handle is simply released.
